New Models Reveal Details of the Encanto Attraction at Disney's Animal Kingdom

New models for the upcoming Encanto attraction were showcased at D23, offering a closer look at the ride vehicles, scenes and planned animatronics.

The attraction will be part of the new Tropical Americas land at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Guests will enter the Casita and join Antonio as he celebrates receiving his magical gift: the ability to communicate with animals.

The ride vehicles appear to be inspired by the magical furniture brought to life by the Casita, while the newly revealed models offer an early glimpse at the characters and environments planned for the attraction.

Tropical Americas is scheduled to open in 2027 and will also feature a new Indiana Jones attraction, a carousel and additional experiences.
