New Look at The Lion King Attraction Coming to Disneyland Paris
A closer look at Simba’s future home! Disneyland Paris has revealed new models and details of the upcoming Lion King attraction and themed land.
Disneyland Paris has revealed new details about the upcoming The Lion King-themed land at Disney Adventure World. New attraction and land models were showcased during D23, offering a closer look at what guests can expect.
One of the future area’s main landmarks will be Rafiki’s giant baobab tree, with a small stage planned nearby for character appearances and entertainment.
New models also provide a better look at the upcoming flume ride, including its themed vehicles and scenes featuring Simba, Timon and Pumbaa. The attraction will combine animatronics, projections and special effects to bring the world of The Lion King to life.
The new land will be located around the central lake of Disney Adventure World, next to World of Frozen, becoming another major part of the park’s ongoing expansion.
